What is a SoulJour Brand Ambassador?

SoulJour Ambassadors help us find spread SoulJour stoke around the globe, showing their love for the brand while scoring free gear and cash along the way! Our SoulJour Brand Ambassadors are souls who are active in their communities, passionate about yoga and the outdoors, and excited to make a difference in the world. They represent what it means to be a SoulJour and are infectious in attracting other SoulJours to the Squad.

By becoming an Ambassador, you’ll get access to free gear and fun perks, cool content, and an exclusive referral code that your friends, family, and followers may use to shop iamsouljour.com at 20% off. In return for your efforts, we’ll give you an 11% commission on each sale you make!

To be a SoulJour Brand Ambassador, you must be active on Instagram (+ Facebook in a perfect world) and over the age of 18. We’re currently accepting applications from anywhere in the world. Note: Additional shipping charges will be incurred for countries outside the US & Canada.

What are the Rules of the Brand Ambassador Program?

Please review the Program Terms and Policies which contains all of the rules of the program.  Below are some answers to some of the frequently asked questions about the Brand Ambassador Program rules.  These rules are very important – please read through them carefully.

1. You must be 18 or older to be an Ambassador.
2. Please don’t comment with your Ambassador code on any SoulJour social media posts or channels (i.e. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.), even if you see another Ambassador doing it.
3. Similarly, don’t post your Ambassador code to any posts from SoulJour wholesale accounts or stores who carry our products. Also, please do not go into stores that sell SoulJour and share your code with customers. If we receive word from a wholesale account this is happening, you will be removed from the program. 
4. Do not sell SoulJour items at events of any kind (ex. markets, yoga festivals, etc.).
5. DO NOT add your Ambassador code to coupon sites! If we find your rep code added to one of these coupon sites, you will be notified immediately and this will be cause for REMOVAL from the Ambassador Program.
6. Remember that the purpose of the SJ Brand Ambassador program is to bring new eyes to the brand and help spread the SoulJour movement!
7. And most importantly, your Ambassador Code is now automatically generated for you when you apply! 

Make Sales, Get Gear!

The more you sell, the more SoulJour Gear you'll receive. 

Occasionally, we’ll send a promo incentive for higher commissions for a period of time.

*You’ll receive an email when you hit the next level.

**IMPORTANT: You MUST make at least one sale to receive free gear.

P.S. You’ll only receive each reward once. Sales do not reset with each new month or year.

 

When are Ambassador rewards processed/shipped?

We process the Ambassadors’ rewards once a month. We will notify you when your order is being processed and shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Otherwise, your rewards won’t make it to you.

After your first sale, we’ll send you your reward. We even encourage you to use your own code on your own order if you like! 

About my Ambassador Account:

Ambassadors are able to log in and see their referral code (ambassador code), financials, conversion details, payment history, and settings. Under settings, you can edit your name & address, payment settings (PayPal email), and edit your password. 

*Just know that this account is separate from your iamsouljour.com account that you may use for shopping. You cannot purchase items through your Ambassador account.

How do I get paid for my sales?

We pay Ambassador commissions via PayPal. To be a SoulJour Brand Ambassador, you must have a Paypal account. To get started, head to paypal.com to create your account. Without a PayPal account connected to your Ambassador account, we won’t be able to pay your commission.

While applying for the Ambassador Program, you must use the address you use to log into your Paypal account, NOT your Paypal link. 

Ambassadors are paid on the first of the month, and you’ll receive an email from PayPal as soon as commissions go out.

How do I track my sales and commission?

Login to your Ambassador account with the email and password you created for iamsouljour.com, as the two are connected. This will allow you to track your sales and the commission you earn. Just a reminder that your rep code is good for 20% off orders, and you’ll receive an 11% commission on each order placed with your code.

What if I forget/couldn't apply an Ambassador code to an order?

If you forgot to apply an Ambassador code to an order or for some reason our system wouldn't allow you to apply it, no problem, we’ll help you.

In order for us to take care of this, please email truth@iamsouljour.com within 48hrs of the purchase. This is REQUIRED due to payment timeframes. After that, there’s nothing we’re able to do. We’ll need the order number, the ambassador code, and the ambassador’s email address. We’ll make sure the order gets discounted the 20% and the Ambassador gets their commission/credit for the sale!

We will NOT process the credit for the rep if:

-We receive an email more than 48hrs past the order time.

-There is already another discount applied to the order (even if it is less than 20%).

What if I don't want to be a SoulJour Brand Ambassador anymore?

If you no longer want to be an Ambassador, that’s fine! Just shoot us an email at truth@iamsouljour.com and let us know. We’ll cancel your ambassador account for you.

Also make sure to read our SoulJour Ambassador Agreement
