SoulJour processes and ships in stock items within 3 business days.
If your item is out of stock you will be contacted via email.
We want you to be 100% stoked! If for any reason you are not completely stoked with your item(s), we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Your items must be in their original condition with all tags attached. We will refund your original form of payment within two business days. Please allow up to 10 days to see your refund back on original form of payment. Souljour is not responsible for return shipping charges.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations or damages.
To return or exchange an item please do the following:
Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
We ship via USPS and your shipping is calculated at check out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & ORDERS
We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping will be calculated after purchase and is based upon weight.
First Class International: 3-5 weeks (customs processing times vary)
Priority International: 10-15 business days (customs processing times vary)
All sales final. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
