Together we Rock. Together we Rise. Together our collective intention will create a positive vibration around the globe.

What we experience on April 4 will mark a new beginning. We are currently being asked to change and embrace a new challenge – to get creative and shift – a new paradigm is emerging. During this Global Meditation and Sound Healing SoulJour Experience guided by internationally renowned yoga teachers and musicians in 11 worldwide locations, a true soul friendship with our brothers and sisters around the world will take root. Through these collective virtual meditations and sweet, soulful sounds, we’ll tap into our inner wisdom and send our most positive light to all. We'll cultivate our innermost faith remembering that at soul level, we are one. We'll surrender to Source with a gigantic exhale knowing we are loved and supported. Like the Phoenix bird depicted in our graphics, we're in this together and will emerge as a collective more vibrant and rockin' than ever!

This virtual live stream features eleven 11-minute guided meditations and/or sound baths led by renowned yoga teachers and musicians residing in the United States, Italy, Asia, Morocco, UK, Mexico, Spain, Argentina, India, Brazil, Hong Kong, and Australia. We are all on this soul journey together and no matter where we are in the world at this moment, a massive shift is occurring. We must collect, contain and strengthen our own vital energy in order to flow through this challenge with grace and heartfelt purpose.

This event is free and will be offered on Zoom with a simultaneous Live Facebook video. You MUST register ahead of time in order to be included on the Zoom group platform. Otherwise, you're welcome to join via Facebook on our @SoulJour page.

Why April 4?

The Numerological Significance of 444 (4.4.2020 = 444 = 12 = 2+1 = 3)

444 is a sacred number. It represents change, truth, justice, and personal character. 444 often appears when a big change is coming. 4 is the number that teaches us all about the bounty of the physical world – earth, air, fire, and water & the 4 directions – north, south, east and west. On the 4th day of creation, Source made the sun, moon, and stars as a symbol of truth. 1+2 = 3 and 3 is the number of creativity. We are being called to use our creative forces to shift our current reality. 12 in numerology is the number that teaches us to “Let Go and Let God” – now more than ever! The impact and significance of April 4, 2020 is the perfect opportunity to gather our collective energy and do something positive during this time of massive change.

Why All the Elevens?

The number 1 represents optimism, motivation, inspiration. 1 is the number of a trailblazer, a leader. It's a reminder that something new is around the corner – a fresh start. When you see 1s in multiples it means it's time to take the first step, to take action, to SoulJour on...

Your donation to this fund will help stop the virus's spread and give communities on the front lines of the crisis the resources they need to act quickly and protect the most vulnerable. Donations are already helping to:

Send doctors, nurses, and other front line responders to communities in need. Get masks, ventilators, and other lifesaving medical supplies to hospitals and clinics. Deliver essential items to struggling families and older individuals in quarantined cities and refugee camps. Feed children that rely on school meals as their only source of nutrition. Facilitated by

Ashley Melin, founder of SoulJour

Ashley has been a freelance graphic designer for nearly 20 years. Her current clients include Nike, Columbia, Boston Museum of Fine Arts, Starbucks, and HEMA Amsterdam. Taking her first yoga class in 1992, she has been a daily practitioner of yoga/meditation ever since, having studied with the best teachers all over the world. She began taking groups to India in 2007, with the goal being to get people out of their comfort zone and to practice living life off the mat that only India will do. As an avid mountain biker, skier, 10 time marathon runner, and big mountain climber (climbing over 25 peaks above 14,000 feet ), she has an intimate understanding of pushing limits – physical, emotional, mental – in order to create change. This concept became the most real when 5 years ago, Ashley experienced a radical shift and divorced the man she'd been with half her life. It was during this most challenging time of her life that the idea for SoulJour was born and she was able to turn her biggest challenge into her greatest gift.

Colleen Saidman Yee

Colleen Saidman Yee’s introduction to yoga was at the urging of a roommate who convinced her to attend a class at a loft space in New York City. It was not long after that first class that her worn out running shoes, her basketball, and her boxing gloves became relics of the past. In 1994, after enduring back surgery, Colleen’s commitment to her yoga practice deepened. A graduate of Jivamukti’s teacher training program in 1998, she has been teaching ever since. Saidman Yee has been featured in Vanity Fair, New York Times, USA today, New York Magazine, Oprah, Marie Claire, Allure, and has been on the cover of Yoga Journal, Fit Yoga, and Natural Health. She is featured in the PBS special called, “The Practical Power of Yoga.” She has also been a guest on, “Good Morning America.” In 2015, she wrote her first book, Yoga for Life: A Journey to Inner Peace and Freedom. A consummate student, Colleen’s thirst for yoga knowledge is insatiable. Saidman Yee has taught many teacher trainings of both 500- and 200-hour programs. She holds a certification in Shiatsu and lived in Calcutta, India, working with Mother Theresa at the Home for the Destitute and Dying. She owes tremendous gratitude for her studies of bhakti and vinyasa to David Life and Sharon Gannon. She studies with Richard Rosen and Richard Freeman as frequently as possible. She also offers thanks to the many other teachers with whom she has studied as well as to her husband, Rodney Yee, who remains her principal teacher. Together with Rodney, she created and now co-directs the Urban Zen Integrative Therapist Program, a worldwide initiative of Donna Karan.
