"When I sit down with a new graphic, I first decide the message I want to convey. The year was 2020 – a time when our freedoms were being taken away one by one. Since SoulJour's top core value is Freedom, it was clear this was the message to reveal. Then I researched totem animals and the eagle stood out – a soaring symbol of freedom. I found an eagle I liked and gave it some SoulJour flare with a sacred geometry twist. I set the backdrop of the majestic eagle with some rays of sunshine and a quote from one of my favorite yoga books, The Radiant Sutras, by Lorin Roche. "Toss aside the map of the world. All your beliefs and constructs. Dare the wild unknown." It was the perfect quote at that time and even more so today as we transition into the Great Awakening." – Ashley Melin, Founder of SoulJour
