Nathan Mills

Nathan is a renowned teacher of yoga, healing movement and martial arts with over 15 years of teaching experience and over 30 years of practice. He inspires us to move thoughtfully, practice mindfully and to be present and aware with every brilliant breath our life has to give. You will be inspired by the way practicing with Nathan over time enhances your strength and abilities not just on a yoga mat—but in all facets of life. Born handicapped, Nathan was given the gift of yoga and movement as a child. These practices have continually healed Nathan through much adversity in the 40+ years he has been blessed to live on this amazing planet. His passion is to help inspire healing in others, and he works as a nutritional counselor and massage therapist when he’s not teaching movement classes. Nathan also loves to act and dance and travels periodically to perform in the occasional independent film.

The Colin Trio

The Colin Trio is songwriter Colin Hogan on vocals, guitar, and piano; Brian Link on bass; and Matt Ramsdell on drums and percussion. The Trio combines jazzy, country blues with Southern soul, led by Colin’s sultry vocals. They can also be found as the rhythm section for many other Portland bands. The Trio released Tightening the Wire in January 2016, the full-length followup to their Simple Sweet EP (2015). In 2014, named The Colin Trio one of Portland’s Top 10 Bands of the Year. Colin’s personal highlight was singing a duet on stage with New Orleans legend Dr. John. All three are originally from the South, and they currently live in Portland, OR.

“Colin’s original lyrics and compositions combines many musical influences, to create a totally unique sound that can captivate any audience.”

– Teri Briggs, The Portland Playlist, (February 18, 2017)

Soma Kombucha

Jean-Pierre Parent, a yoga teacher in Portland, Oregon, noticed that, even though people often go to yoga studios for the community, many students would shyly slink away after class. In response, he began bringing his home-brew kombucha to enjoy after class. It was an instant hit, with students, then later studio owners, requesting to purchase his kombucha. SOMA was born. Today, you can buy SOMA in dozens of locations throughout the Pacific Northwest and Southern California.

Eatin’ Alive

Detroit born and bred, soulful living inspires Paige: vibrant food, hearty laughter, and an active life. As a yoga instructor and elementary educator, Paige prepared plant-based foods in her Portland home, giving life to Eatin' Alive in 2010.

Eatin' Alive uses locally-sourced and quality foods in their unique recipes. This abundance is made available as grab-and-go in wholesale, grocery distribution, farmers’ markets, and boutique restaurants.
