The experience begins with some slow and gentle movement before we lay down under a canopy of junipers for a sweet and soulful guided meditation to relax the nervous system and feel peace in every cell. Afterwards, sit quietly and absorb the practice before a short self reflective writing activity. Please arrive 15 minutes before the event to check-in and get settled. The event takes place outside (rain or shine) so dress accordingly. The location is on a hill – if you have an e-bike we highly encourage you to ride to the event as parking is limited. The yoga session will last 90-ish minutes with 30 minutes allotted for post class meal, hanging out and shopping in the new SoulJour showroom.


Since 2009, Deanna has immersed herself in the world of yoga, becoming a Registered Yoga teacher and discovering her ultimate passion. Teaching yoga isn’t just a profession for her; it’s a pathway to the flow state—a realm of serene, unwavering focus that transcends time. It’s through this state that she realized the profound connection between yoga’s teachings and her life’s purpose.

Driven by her own journey from chronic stress to radiant health, Deanna has meticulously crafted a transformative protocol designed to banish burnout and unlock peak performance across all spheres of life. Years of dedicated research and study have led her to a profound realization: chronic stress lies at the root of both physical and mental ailments, making it imperative to address for holistic well-being.

Deanna is dedicated to coaching individuals both one-on-one and within group settings on a transformative journey from mere survival to thriving, from the grips of chronic stress to the glow of radiant health, and from the depths of burnout to the summit of peak performance.

Despite its name, Yoga Nidra doesn't involve actual sleep; rather, it induces a state of deep relaxation while maintaining full consciousness. The practice of Yoga Nidra is designed to bring the practitioner to a state of profound relaxation, where the body and mind can release deeply held tensions and stresses.
